    Kansas eCourt includes the applications and technologies that create a statewide, web-based courthouse that help state courts interact with and serve people. One component of eCourt is a centralized case management system used by all state courts.

    All Kansas-licensed attorneys who are permitted to practice law under Supreme Court Rule 208(a) must electronically file documents in state courts.

    As Kansas courts transition to a new centralized case management system following the Kansas eCourt Statewide Rollout Plan, they will begin to offer online access to court records and change how they accept online payments.

    Expanded Access to eCourt

    There are two types of expanded access to information in the Kansas eCourt case management system: external stakeholder and attorney. Both are through the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal.
