Supreme Court reappoints member to Continuing Legal Education board

TOPEKA—The Supreme Court reappointed Tracey Lee to the board for Kansas Continuing Legal Education to serve through June 30, 2026. 

Lee is a pre-law advisor at Kansas State University.  

The Continuing Legal Education board helps the Supreme Court and the Office of Judicial Administration administer and regulate continuing legal education for attorneys. Its responsibilities include: 

• approving providers and programs; 

• ​determining the number of CLE credit hours to be awarded for participating in a program; 

• granting or withdrawing approval of CLE programs; 

• granting waivers and extensions of time to complete requirements; and 

• developing guidelines as described in Rule 801.
