TOPEKA—The Kansas Supreme Court appointed one new member and reappointed three current members to the Judicial Education Advisory Committee. 

Judge Timothy Dupree is the new appointment. He is a district judge in the 29th Judicial District, which is Wyandotte County.  

Reappointed members are:  

  • District Judge Linda Gilmore, 26th Judicial District, composed of Grant, Haskell, Morton, Seward, Stanton, and Stevens counties 

  • District Magistrate Judge Renee Henke, 17th Judicial District, Osborne County 

  • Judge Sarah Warner, Kansas Court of Appeals 

New and reappointed members will serve through June 30, 2026.  

The Judicial Education Advisory Committee recommends and organizes education and training programs for Kansas appellate judges, district judges, and district magistrate judges. Members include an appellate judge, up to ten district judges and district magistrate judges, and one nonvoting representative from the Office of Judicial Administration.
