Chief Justice Marla Luckert delivers annual State of the Judiciary report

TOPEKA—Chief Justice Marla Luckert has delivered her written State of the Judiciary report to the governor, chairs of the House and Senates judiciary committees, and all members of the Kansas Legislature.

The written report supplements the State of the Judiciary address Luckert delivered yesterday afternoon to a joint session of the Kansas Senate and House of Representatives. A recording of the address is now available.
