Supreme Court appoints Michelle Martin to committee on eviction proceedings

TOPEKA—The Kansas Supreme Court appointed Salina attorney Michelle Martin to replace Sue Rouse on the Ad Hoc Committee on Best Practices for Eviction Proceedings.  

The committee identifies best practices for eviction proceedings with the goal to reduce court filings, quickly resolve cases, and enhance housing stability for the benefit of landlords and tenants.
